How it works

The arbitrator reviews both sides, may request clarification, then issues a final written decision as a PDF — no hearing required.
Fees
Each party pays a filing fee at their point of submission. The losing party pays a final fee at the conclusion of the case — a percentage of the dispute value — credited for any filing fee they already paid.
