Binding arbitration for UGC disputes

A fast, fully written dispute resolution process for creators and agencies — no hearings, no lawyers required. File a case, both sides submit evidence, and an arbitrator issues a binding decision in days.

Fully written

No hearings or calls. Every submission, response, and decision happens in writing on the platform.

Binding & enforceable

Awards are final and binding, issued under German arbitration law with an enforcement notice referencing the New York Convention.

Transparent fees

Fees scale with the amount in dispute. The losing party's final fee is credited for what they already paid to file.

How it works

1

File your case

Describe the dispute, upload evidence, set the dispute value, and name the other party. Pay the filing fee to submit.

2

Respondent joins

The other party is invited by email, reviews your claim and evidence, and explicitly agrees to arbitration before responding.

3

Written response

The respondent has 5 days to submit their statement and counter-evidence, and pays their share of the filing fee.

4

Binding award

The arbitrator reviews both sides, may request clarification, then issues a final written decision as a PDF — no hearing required.

Fees

Each party pays a filing fee at their point of submission. The losing party pays a final fee at the conclusion of the case — a percentage of the dispute value — credited for any filing fee they already paid.
